Well, here it is my first post to my blog. It's less than a week and I'm back to the States to visit family and friends. Excited to visit with friends in Minnesota and family in Wisconsin. It's funny how you stress over getting things ready before you leave for a trip. Few things come to mind as I'm preparing for my trip home. - Should I really be heading home for 3 weeks?
- Boy...am I ready for a break from the HEAT in PV!
- Are the Brides I'm working with going to freak out?
- What should I bring back with me?
- Who is going to water my plant when I'm gone? Yes, finally after a year and a half I bought a plant to "green up" my apartment.
- Wish my camera was working so I can take pictures while I'm home and in MN visiting friends.
As my camera has gone on the "fritz" since late May, I'm a little uninspired to write things because I can't be creative with photos and "verbage". However, I am looking forward to getting my hair cut and colored tomorrow and my feet are in DIRE NEED of a pedicure which I have set for Monday afternoon.
Been busy helping Kristin & Pablo paint the walls in their house and Saturday I'm going to give assistance to Kris in picking out some kitchen tile. Excited to help her out with that!!!
This weekend will be busy getting things packed and ready to go. Until next time.....
One of my FAVORITE TREATS here in Puerto Vallarta!! Fresh fruit and vegetables that they squeeze fresh lime juice and sprinkle salt and chili powder over. YUM YUM!! My favorite are pineapple and cucumbers.
