Halloween......

This years Halloween and Day of the Dead was SOOO much more FUN than last years. I spent Halloween with Kristin, Pablo & Sophia to experience Sophia's 1st Halloween and can I say....WHAT A CUTIE!! I think Kristin & I had more fun Trick or Treating than Pablo or Sophia. I didn't realize how many kids actually go trick or treating down here. I learned very quickly that you stay clear of kids and their candy. I guess if I remember back when....Gosh I use to LOVE getting dressed up and going. Even thougth 9 times out of 10 it was FREEZING AND SNOW WAS ON THE GROUND. Mom would bundle us all up and then put our costume OVER the winter jackets. I'll never forget the year I was the Potato Sack Queen!! I LOVED that costume. I wish I had a digital photo to place here in the blog....ahhh the good ole days!!

Sophia had a rough day on Halloween and decided to crash on the way to the Malecon and was OUT for majority of the night. She woke up just in time to get a little candy, which made me proud!! I'm not quite sure Pablo enjoyed watching and seeing all the kids dressed up and going CRAZY for candy as Kristin and I were!! Here are just a few pictures that documented the evening!! It was so cute seeing the Americans sitting on the ledges along the malecon with thier bags of candy. I guess it's their way of bringing a piece of home to Mexico.

These kids were such little posers...Check them out!!

Even some of the bars and restaurants along the Malecon decorated their establishments for Halloween.

Jami & Liza...do you remember seeing this bar on our walk your last night in Vallarta??? Isn't that something what they did to that statue???
Here's the before:

And I think I've saved the BEST for last. A few pictures to document Sophia's 1st Halloween!! I was so honored to witness it and spend the time with the family.

What a cute little family..hugh!?!?!?!?

This isn't the best picture, I was trying out the different settings on the camera and I guess I didn't stand still enough.
Doesn't Mom look SOOOO happy!!! :)
